Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostQued ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostQued provides an API that allows AI agents and applications to upload and publish photos and videos to TikTok through the TikTok Content Posting API. The Service requires you to connect your TikTok account via OAuth and generate API keys for programmatic access.

3. Account Registration

You must authenticate via Google OAuth to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your API keys.

4. API Usage

When using our API:

API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly.

You agree to comply with rate limits and fair usage policies.

Automated posting must comply with TikTok's policies.

You may revoke API keys at any time from your account.

5. TikTok Integration

By connecting your TikTok account, you:

Authorize PostQued to post content to TikTok on your behalf.

Agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you post.

Can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account.

6. Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to post content that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material.
Violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content.

7. Media Uploads

Media files you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant PostQued a limited license to store and transmit the content to TikTok as part of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party services (TikTok API, Cloudflare) and may be affected by their availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

PostQued is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed posts, lost content, or TikTok account issues.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
