Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Postqued ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Postqued provides a social media scheduling workspace and API that allows users and applications to upload, schedule, and publish photos, videos, captions, and related content to connected social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The Service requires you to connect social accounts through supported authorization flows.

3. Account Registration

  • You must authenticate via Google OAuth to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your API keys.

4. API Usage

When using our API:

API keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly.

You agree to comply with rate limits and fair usage policies.

Automated posting must comply with the policies of each connected social platform.

You may revoke API keys at any time from your account.

5. Social Platform Integrations

By connecting a TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other supported social account, you:

Authorize Postqued to access the connected account and publish content on your behalf within the permissions you approve.

Agree to comply with the connected platform's terms, developer policies, community guidelines, and content rules.

Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you post.

Can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account in Postqued or from the connected platform.

6. Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to post content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material.
  • Violates the community guidelines, terms, or developer policies of TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or another connected platform.
  • Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content.

7. Media Uploads

Media files you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant Postqued a limited license to store and transmit the content to connected social platforms as part of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party services, including social platform APIs and Cloudflare, and may be affected by their availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Postqued is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed posts, lost content, or connected social account issues.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
